Do you offer free shipping on large orders?

What if I can't find a product I'm looking for?

We are procurement specialists, and we pride ourselves in finding items that may otherwise be difficult to obtain. Contact us with the product you’re looking for and the desired specifications, and our team will be pleased to provide a quotation.

Can you do drop shipping directly to my customer?

Yes. We often drop-ship and blind-ship for our customers.

What's the latest I can place an order and receive same-day shipping?

We understand there may be emergencies at times, and certain orders may require urgent delivery. Reach out to your Account Representative Client Relations to address any specific needs.

Do you provide samples of your products?

Yes. We understand it is important at times to try and test certain products. Contact us with a request for samples and we’ll take care of your needs.

Our business is sales tax exempt. What is needed?

Please send any relevant government authorized documentation and our Accounting Dept. will review to make the necessary tax changes on all invoices.

How long will it take for my account to get approved?

Following a routine due diligence, it is our intention to approve new accounts within one (1) business day or less.

What is your back-order policy?

We are committed to supplying our customers on a continued basis, without any breaks in the expected supply of goods. Nevertheless, should an item be temporarily unavailable, we will reach out to discuss the expected delivery and offer alternative solutions. We always work with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

What is the return policy?

All PPE and medical devices are governed by a strict hygiene and sanitary code. As such, all items are sold as final sale. However, we remain committed to resolving any concerns. So, please contact your Account Representative Client Relations and we will be pleased to assist you.

Can I use my own delivery to pickup?

Yes. You may either pick-up at our warehouse facilities or request that we ship using your transport account.

Is there a order processing fee?

No. There are no hidden fees when you order with us. We offer direct-from-factory competitive pricing and you benefit from our expansive network.

How long does it take to process an order?

Order are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

How do you ship?

We use various different transport companies to ensure a timely delivery. Most orders are shipped via Canpar ground service. Should you prefer that we use a different service, please contact us.
