Shipping Policy

We are committed to offering the most convenient and cost-effective shipping to all our customers. We offer a full range of shipping services that include local pick up, courier, LTL, FCL or others based on the quantity purchased and the location of delivery. For international orders, we recommend that you contact our sales team to discuss delivery as we can offer CFR terms, CIF terms, or door-to-door service. Please see below for further details.

Canada Shipping

Orders under $5,000 in value can be processed and paid directly on the Moki website through a secured payment processing system. Shipping fees are calculated based on the geographical location of the shipping address and the size and weight of the items ordered. Orders are shipped via Canpar ground. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except statutory holidays, and shipped within 72 business hours. Some items may be on back order and may require additional time to process. In the event of any exceptional delays, our sales team will reach out and advise you of the status.

Orders above $5,000 in value are reviewed and a member of our sales team will reach out to complete the transaction with you. Transport charges will be based on the items ordered, the quantity, the location of delivery among other factors, and will be reflective on the Company’s official invoice. The order confirmation received online is not an invoice. Transport charges shown during checkout are not necessarily accurate for orders above $5,000.

All orders can be processed as pick-up from our local warehouse. We may also ship collect. Please reach out to our sales team and we will be able to assist you further with these options.

The estimated delivery transit time for standard shipping via Canpar ground is:

  • Quebec: 1 day
  • Ontario: 1 day
  • Maritime Provinces: 3 days
  • Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 4 days
  • Alberta & British Columbia: 5 days

US Shipping
